Who we are

Grupo On Farm Bio (CNPJ 37.653.324/0001-39), headquartered at Av. das Acácias, 1360, Sinop - MT, develops and supplies agricultural biological inputs and the On Farm System, which allows growers to multiply microorganisms on their own farm. We are the controller of the personal data processed through our forms and customer service channels, under the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law No. 13.709/2018).

What data we collect

Only the information you provide to us yourself:

• Full name
• Phone or WhatsApp
• Email
• Main crop you grow
• Area size
• City and state of the farm
• The message you write

In the savings calculator, we also store your answers (crop, field problems and area) and the result of the calculation. To prevent abuse of the forms, the server stores an encrypted version of the IP address, which does not allow you to be identified. We do not collect sensitive data and do not ask for documents or financial information in this first contact.

How we collect it

The data is provided by you when you fill out the forms on this website, the calculator or the forms in our ads on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram). We may also record what you share with us during service over WhatsApp or phone.

What we use it for

Only for sales service:

• Contacting you by WhatsApp, phone or email
• Understanding your needs and preparing a technical recommendation of biological products for your crop
• Sending documents you requested and preparing quotes
• Continuing the business relationship, when you are interested

Legal basis

Processing is based on your consent, given by checking the authorization box on the form (LGPD, art. 7, I), and on On Farm Bio's legitimate interest in responding to and serving those who seek business contact (LGPD, art. 7, IX).

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. It may be processed in the tools we use to run our customer service, such as Meta's advertising platform, where the ad forms are filled out, this website's hosting and our contact management system. These partners act only to enable the service and follow their own data protection obligations.

Cookies

The website does not use tracking cookies or advertising tools. The browser stores only the fact that you have already seen the privacy notice and, during the visit, your first name to compose the WhatsApp message.

How long we keep it

We keep your data only for as long as necessary for sales service and to meet legal obligations: while there is a business relationship or for up to 2 years after the last contact. After that, it is deleted or anonymized. If you request deletion earlier, we will honor the request.

Your rights

At any time, you can ask to:

• Confirm whether we process your data and access that data
• Correct incomplete or outdated data
• Delete your data
• Withdraw the consent you gave
